GB-Southend on Sea: M1516-12 LED Upgrade to Existing Communal Lighting

Mornington: Replacement of existing surface mounted communal light fittings with surface mounted LED fittings including additions. Complete rewiring to new LED communal lighting using LSF cables. Removal of Central Battery Unit (CBU) including all Slave fittings. Replacement of external lighting including columns heads. Installation of new LED external handrail to illuminate both sides of the rear entrance stairs. Replacement of communal distribution boards. All electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2008 Incorporating Amendment 3:2015. The Contractor shall be aware of Fire Compartmentation works being carried out by another Contractor at the same time of this installation works, at Mornington only.

Riverstone: Replacement of existing surface mounted communal light fittings with surface mounted LED fittings including additions. Additional landing LED light fittings shall be supplied via surface mounted 20mm2 galvanised conduit and LSF cables. Complete rewiring to new LED communal lighting using LSF cables. Replacement of all existing external lighting to perimeter areas including under canopy and external bollards. Replacement of communal distribution boards. All electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2008 Incorporating Amendment 3:2015
