PQ0230 - Energy supplier / consultancy service for void properties manged by the Council - AWARD

Birmingham City Council invites organisations to tender for the Appointment of Consultant to provide services relating to the management and provision of energy services when council houses become vacant. BCC has an annual turnover of 3,500 void properties per year.

This contract will be for a period of four years commencing 1st November 2019 until 31st October 2023.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
