Detailed infrastructure and evidence base studies and preparation of a Supplementary Planning Document to support potential land assembly and regeneration of the North Quay area in Great Yarmouth.

A package of detailed studies/assessments will need to be prepared, including: transport/highways assessment, flood risk & drainage assessment, ground conditions survey, topographical survey, ecological survey, landscape survey, archaeological assessment. The SPD will need to pull together the survey information (including other existing information the Council will provide) and potential broad development options (taking account of the constraints) are required to support a later planning application (and, if required, the screening for an Environmental Impact Assessment).
