Rochdale Borough Council is looking to appoint a contractor for the restoration of Rochdale Town Hall and the adjacent public realm to give the building a sustainable future. This work includes external repair and replacement, works to facilitate equity of access, removal of inappropriate later works, full MEP replacement and specialist restoration of historic stained glass and painted surfaces.
