MRI Fitout Works

The Francis Crick Institute is a major new research facility currently completing construction on a site adjacent to St Pancras Station. https://www.crick.ac.uk/

This tender is for the fit out of a suite containing six technical spaces in the basement of the building, total area approximately 145m2. The space is currently shelled and the work will entail laboratory architectural finishes and building services installation. The work will be carried out within an active construction site, in compliance with all procedures and standards set by the main project contractor Laing O’Rourke and security clearance will be required for all workers. The scope includes working with nominated subcontractors for the following interface trades: lighting controls, BMS, Fire alarm, Sprinklers, IT, and Security.

The anticipated start on site will be February 2016.

The procurement process will commence on the 23/12/2015. Interested Suppliers should express an interest at the contact email provided. Bidders will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement prior to accessing the tender documentation. The tender documentation will be available on the Francis Crick Bravosolution Portal on Wednesday 23rd December 2015 from 12:00. Once Bidders have signed and returned the Non Disclosure Agreement, they will be provided access to the tender documents.
