Milton Keynes Council wishes to procure the delivery of two one day and one-half day Mandatory Refresher Training for Adult Social Care (ASC) front-line staff on the following:
Day 1 (whole day)
- Safeguarding Adults and Children
- Mental Capacity Act
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards/LPS
- Privacy & Dignity
- Person centred care Day 2 (whole day)
- PBS
- Communication skills
- Recording & Reporting
- Infection Control
- Oral Care
Day 4 (half day)
- Supporting eating & drinking
- Food safety
