2018/19 block refurbishment programme of 11 individual blocks of occupied social housing accommodation located in Plymouth on behalf of Plymouth Community Homes. Works generally comprise roof repair/replacement, structural repairs, external wall insulation, rendering, external maintenance, fence replacement, external redecoration, internal redecoration of communal areas, upgrading external lighting, installation of communal aerial/satellite systems. The programme has been clustered geographically and split into three lots.
