The Authority wishes to employ the services of a supplier to act as a Defra Technical Adviser (DTA) for the Thames Tideway Tunnel (TTT) project. The DTA will provide Defra and Government with expertise from an engineering and major construction perspective in order to protect the Government's interests in the TTT project.
