description
The National Lottery Promotions Unit (NLPU) is seeking a video production agency that will be able to provide ad hoc video content on demand across the year for different National Lottery good causes stories and campaigns. This will include agreeing with the NLPU on the type of content needed, gathering the content (which may involve travel to different parts of the UK), then post-production of footage into various films suitable for NLPU digital channels, website, and available to share with our collaborators and for the media to use for broadcast.
One of the services required as part of the contract will be to create several short films featuring the winners of the National Lottery Awards 2023. We anticipate there will be eight winners, whose stories should be captured in one video per winner. The winners' films will be used primarily on digital platforms such as websites and social media channels. Formats for all channels must be provided as a deliverable for this contract. In addition, they will be made available for the media to use for broadcast. Videos created should be emotive, engaging, shareable, relevant and fun.
The appointed agency will also need to create video content on an ad hoc basis for other campaigns and projects. Details will be provided for the appointed agency to make contact and arrange filming with these projects. There is not a set time or number of videos that will be required, and this will depend on how our plans and campaigns develop during the time that the appointed agency is under contract.
This will be a 12 month contract (with the option to extend for a further 3 months).
This competition will be run on BravoSolution. Bidders must first register themselves on this portal before taking part in the competition. Registration can take place via the following link: https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/
