Tranche 4 Housing Programme

The London Borough of Hillingdon invites tenders for a new build affordable housing project involving the construction of a total of eight residential properties. The properties include 5 no. 3 bedroom houses, a 2 bedroom house, a 2 bedroom bungalow and a 1 bedroom bungalow. The works include for the demolition and clearance of the existing buildings.

The works will be procured through separate lots as set out in the tender documentation and may be awarded to one or more contractor subject to the evaluation of tenders and at the discretion of the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The tenders for this project are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documents are only available from the portal.

The works are being procured through separate lots and interested contractors may tender for one, two or all three lots. The Council may award contracts for the works to one or more contractor at its sole discretion.

As set out in the tender documentation for the project, the tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality. Quality will be assessed on the basis of contractors' responses to a number of questions.

Interested contractors must be able to demonstrate their experience of similar projects, describe in detail how they would deliver the required works, comply in all respects with the Council's requirements and be of a financial standing that is acceptable to the London Borough of Hillingdon.
