description
PHE currently has an accommodation portfolio of 30 office properties of various sizes across England, which it occupies under a range of lease arrangements either provided through other Government Departments or Local Authorities.
PHE now wish to appoint a contractor to deliver all specified services to support the delivery of both PHE operational services and maintain their estate where they have direct responsibility in a safe, compliant and environmental manner.
This contract will cover the occupied Dispersed Office Estate only, where office where office accommodation is largely shared with other organisations but PHE are normally allocated a specific secure demised area.
The contract expires in June 2019 and in summary, PHE will require a replacement FM services contract to provide FM Helpdesk facility that will oversee emergency repair arrangements, ppm and other minor works. In addition, the successful bidder will manage statutory property audits and records with a supporting inspection regime. Finally, the successful bidder maybe asked to procure, deliver and mange minor project works on a call off basis.
SITE VISITS
Site visits are a mandatory part of the tender process and tenders submitted without site visits being conducted will not be considered.

Site Visits will be held at two locations:
PHE, 2nd Floor, Blenheim House, Duncombe Street, Leeds commencing at 10am (hourly intervals through to 2pm) Wednesday 27th March 2019 PHE, Seaton House London Road, Nottingham, commencing at 10am (hourly intervals through to 2pm) Tuesday 2nd April 2019
Clarifications questions submitted by 11am12th April Tenders submitted by 3pm 3rd May Mobilisation anticipated on Tuesday 28th May.
