Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes, on behalf of Walsall MBC, Dudley MBC and Wolverhampton City Council (Herein after referred to as “the Council’’ collectively or ‘’Sandwell’’, “Walsall”, “Wolverhampton” and ‘’Dudley’’ individually to invite interested parties (‘Tenderers’) to participate in a tender exercise for the Provision of Advocacy Services for Looked After Children
