Battersea Fields Repairs and Maintenance Contract

Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Battersea Fields Residents Organisation Ltd. is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of repair and maintenance works at Battersea Fields.

This contract is split into two lots:

Lot 1: repair and maintenance services to tenanted and block properties.

Lot 2: repair and maintenance services to void properties.

Each Contract shall be for a period of 3 years commencing on in April 2016, plus a 1 year extension and then a further 1 year extension upon the mutual agreement of both parties.
