Market Economic Investor Report

Specific objectives comprise:

An MEIP opinion and interim report by 19 February 2016. If, the opinion is that the proposal is not fully commercial, the report should include changes or additional conditions that would make the proposal fully commercial.

A final MEIP opinion and report is expected by 18 March 2016 (although we appreciate this date could be affected by the time taken for the proposing company to react to any necessary changes to make the deal commercial).

Scope is set by the need to provide an MEIP report, and will be agreed in detail between the UKSA, ShEx and the appointed advisor.

As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements.
