Scope of Works
| 1. | Repair all damaged shiplap boarded fascia's at various levels. |
| 2. | Prepare all shiplap boarding to receive new protective finish. |
| 3. | Renew all rainwater gutters and downpipes to match existing positions. |
| 4. | Take off and re-bed all ridge tiles (duo and mono pitch types) replace any broken tiles. |
| 5. | Replace all broken roofing tiles. |
| 6. | Carefully rake out cement mortar from roof verges and repoint. |
| 7. | Repoint any damaged brickwork adjacent to roof verges. |
