Stoke-on-Trent City Council are seeking to appoint an experienced 3rd party consultancy to support with the implementation of a Business Intelligence strategy and the roll out of Power Bi.
Key deliverables include those referenced below - but full requirements can be found within the Tender documentation,
- Assistance to develop a new Data strategy/protocol
- Support to create a robust and realistic Business Intelligence/Power BI roadmap
- Power BI best practice guidance
