The requirement is to create a comprehensive Framework Agreement for Negative Pressure Wound Therapyto supply NHS Supply Chain depots via the Stock /Blue Diamond routes and to NHS Supply Chain customersvia the Direct/E-Direct routes (and any other routes referred to in the procurement documents) products and re-agents to cover the following uses:

  • Therapeutic techniques using vacuum dressings to promote healing in acute or chronic wounds.

This Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 12 months with the option (to be exercised at NHSSupply Chain's sole discretion) to extend it in incremental stages for up to a total period of 48 months.

NHS Supply Chain reserves the right to appoint more Suppliers to the Framework Agreement in the event thatmore than 20 reach the minimum score for appointment which is set out in the ITT.
