description
We are seeking ideas for an immersive, outdoor experiences that is suitable for children or families to enjoy together, however, we are open to exploring other offers that are of suitable appeal and quality, befitting of this park environment.
By developing this area of the park with a key anchor tenant, it would enhance and improve the overall offer of Croxteth Hall as a green space and visitor attraction but would also generate some much needed income to contribute to the overall operating costs of the estate.
In addition, we envisage the Outdoor Visitor Experience will positively impact the health and wellbeing of local communities, improve social connectivity and support the ongoing regeneration and revitalisation of this area of Liverpool.
The aim of this questionnaire is to understand what the market can offer as well as gauging market interest in this opportunity.
