The purpose of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the identification of suppliers of published content resources that meet the needs of health and social care staff across England and Wales for practice, education and research. Such content resources will include (but may not be limited to) print and electronic journals and books, bibliographic and full text content databases, Point of Care (PoC) and Clinical Decision Support tools, Evidence Resource Summaries products.
Health and social care related content resource suppliers, including subscription agents, publishers, booksellers and aggregators, are encouraged to attend a Supplier Event 10.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. on the 14th January 2016 in Birmingham . The structure, model and specification of the Framework and associated purchasing processes will be presented to potential Bidders at this session, alongside details of the procurement process for this tender.
This procurement will replace the current NICE Electronic & Print Content Framework Agreement when it expires on 30 June 2016.
