The Council requires the Powis Fastback 20 Binder or Equivalent to meet the requirements below but not limited to those: -
| • | Fastback Model 20 (or Equivalent) binding machine is fast, full-featured machine capable of binding in large quantities |
| • | One Touch Function - with the press of a button, the machine binds a book up to 350 sheets within 13-20 second |
| • | Document Binding - Thermal Adhesive Binding to create strong bound books. |
| • | Perfectback Binding - for multiple short runs with no set up |
| • | Image Strip - thermal binding strip which has images printed on them, which can consist of photographs, vector art and/or various colour specifications. |
The Powis Fastback 20 Binder (or equivalent) should meet the specifications outlined below but not limited to those: -

| • | Optimal Paper Weight - 20lb standard (75gsm) to 32lb (120gsm) |
