The Regenda Group has procured contracts for the supply of materials for various property works, including but not limited to; planned maintenance, investment programmes, responsive maintenance, void works, new development works, commercial and retail works.

The Regenda Group is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need. The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries M & Y Maintenance and Construction, Redwing Living (private rented properties, leasehold and apartment block management and shared Ownership and sales), and McDonald Property Rentals in Lancashire, which is a subsidiary of Redwing Living. The resulting contracts can be utilised by any current or future subsidiary of the Group.

This tender opportunity was divided into four material lots as follows -

Lot 1 – Supply of Kitchens including Adapted
Lot 2 – Supply of Boilers and Associated Products
Lot 3 – Supply of PVCu Windows
Lot 4 – Supply of Composite Doors including Fire Doors

Contracts will be established with the successful material suppliers for an initial term of two years from April 2016 with the option in year 2 to extend the contracts annually for 2 further years (2 + 1 + 1).

Valueworks have been engaged to assist The Regenda Group in carrying out this procurement exercise.
