The scope of this work is to undertake an independent review for the ONS to create a picture of what is required by the office to deliver, in line with the Public Procurement Regulations (2015):
An effective Funding growth strategy and service offering.
Effective Academic and commercial partner offering (in scope of the BSU)
Effective industry engagement to collaborate and close ONS data gaps
