Construction of Changing Rooms and Public Conveniences

The work in this contract comprises the construction of sports changing rooms and public toilets in Swanage, Dorset. This will be a single storey building of traditional construction with mono pitch and flat roof areas. Internally the accommodation includes a wheelchair access public toilet, male and female public toilets, two changing areas with showers and toilets, kitchen, storage room, plant room and circulation areas. Works externally comprise services to and drainage from the building together with areas of hard and soft landscaping. The piling, roof trusses and mechanical and electrical installations are contractor designed.
