Housing repairs and associated services

Grown out of trading functions within Barking and Dagenham Council and wholly owned by the Council, Barking and Dagenham Trading Partnership recognise that a good repairs and maintenance service is crucial to the on-going sustainability and optimisation of customers physical assets. The Company provide services to the Council's 18,242 tenanted households, 3,467 leasehold properties and the majority of the Boroughs schools. They have a strong growth agenda and are looking to double turnover in the next 5 years.

To support their activities BDTP require a range of supporting subcontractors that can assist in delivering both reactive and planned requirements. This requirement will be delivered through a framework agreement that will cover the main trades required to support BDTP where they do not have the capacity. The framework is split into 5 lots as follows;

Lot 1 - General building (10 providers*)

Lot 2 - Mechanical and Electrical services (2 providers*)

Lot 3 - Gas and heating services (2 providers*)

Lot 4 - Disabled adaptations (2 providers*)

Lot 5 - Metalwork services (2 providers*)
