East West Railway Company Ltd (EWR Co) intends to procure four scheme development phase partners and wishes to advise prospective bidders that the organisation appointed as Commercial Partner will be conflicted from securing any of the other three packages. EWR Co does not consider there to be any other conflicts of interest between the other packages.
