The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to demolish the existing buildings named as Newton Annex, Solvent Store and Plantroom at the University’s Peel Park Campus, in order to enable them to redevelop the site at a future date. The buildings are located at the following address: University of Salford, off University Road, Salford M5 4NT.
