Brief Description of Requirement

The aim of the Stakeholder and Events Management Contractor is to support the BEIS Red Diesel Replacement programme team in engaging with key stakeholders from the red diesel and non-road mobile machinery using sectors, specifically within mining and quarrying, and construction.

Working alongside the RDR team at BEIS, the work delivered by the Stakeholder and Events Management Contractor will:

Support the design and delivery of virtual stakeholder engagement events prior to competition launch. Further detail of these events is provided below:
oTwo competition scoping events delivered at the beginning of September to present the current RDR programme design and seek feedback from industry representatives.
oA competition launch event delivered in late September to present the proposed RDR programme and allow for Q&A from audience.
Deliver a stakeholder mapping workshop and propose recommendations for a stakeholder engagement plan for the duration of the programme, and;
Generate awareness through promotion and marketing for the events and competition.
