Market Consultation - Abuse and Rape Crisis Counselling Services

Portsmouth City Council (the 'council') currently have a contract in place for the delivery of Abuse and Rape Crisis Counselling services for vulnerable individuals in Portsmouth. This contract is due to end on the 30th September 2022 and is currently valued at £118,000 per annum.

The purpose of this engagement is to share with you information about the forthcoming tender and also our current service specification and ask you to comment on our requirements. Any information a provider shares could be used to assist drafting the final specification. We are also using the process to 'test the market' to obtain a better understanding of the level of interest from potential providers in delivering this service. Following this process, the council will consider the appropriate route for this service.
