NHS National Framework Agreement — Home Delivery Service — Pulmonary Hypertension. The framework agreement is intended for use by NHS Trusts who are prescribing for Pulmonary Hypertension in England. The delivery location will usually be the patient's home. Patients may live anywhere in the UK. The Contractor will be required to provide deliveries of product to any address in the UK that falls within the remit of NHS England. The framework will commence on 1.6.2016 for a period of 2 years until 31.5.2018 with options to extend for up to a total period of 24 months.
