The objective of this assignment is to provide programme management, administration and monitoring support to the Deepening Democracy Programme. Management of the overall programme will entail, but not be limited to: managing all grantees, partnerships with multi-lateral and bi-lateral partners, e.g. UNDP (elections), GIZ (accountability institutions) as well as NSA partners to ensure delivery of the results. This includes contract management; financial management (including robust risk management, VfM) in line with DFID guidelines.
