description
The Authority has secured funding the following projects:
- oReplacement of the existing Boiler system in the MECON Block with Air Source Heat Pumps at Caroline Haslett Primary School. Works will include a new BMS control system and distribution board.
The Project Objectives are to ensure that:
- oWorks are to enhance the School Buildings by upgrading poor condition elements;
- oWorks are to improve the energy efficiency of the School Buildings in accordance with Building Regulations Part L;
- oWorks are carried out in compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, to ensure the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property; and
- oWorks are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality.
