Grounds maintenance for public open space

LBHF are seeking expressions of interest in a ground's maintenance (GM) contract for public open space within the borough. This includes;

• all GM services in parks and housing areas including maintenance of trees, shrub beds, grass areas, hardstanding, paths and sports areas (both all-weather and grass).
• GM services on highways sites is limited to shrub beds and grass areas.
• Planting works in GM areas.
• Sports lettings in parks
• Cleaning of toilets and changing rooms in parks
• Inspection and management of play areas in parks
• Minor repair, replacement and refurbishment works in parks
• Cemeteries operation and management

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is currently undertaking a market engagement exercise.
