The overall project at Mill Meadows, Filey involves the construction of 300No new build houses, which are a mix of tenures and house types together with associated infrastructure, external works and landscaping. To date 184No units have been completed and handed over under Phases 1 and 2 of the project, the vast majority of which are occupied. Phase 1 and 2 is now complete and Phase 3 will not commence until later in 2017.

The works in this package comprise minor demolition and the construction of retaining walls, fencing and associated groundwork's, re-grading, limited landscaping and temporary works to Plot 91 ( 40 Mill Meadows Lane). The property is occupied and will remain so for the duration of the works. The scope of works is set out in more detail in the appended pricing summary / schedule of works and the drawings.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
