UKHSA is seeking an organisation that can develop a stable single data repository on a reliable platform, which will be able to do the following:
| • | Import and rationalise legacy data from the original certification database MS Access (2003) |
| • | Import and rationalise legacy data from MS Access 2010 (blue) database |
| • | Import data from (mini-ARSAC) licensing database |
| • | Develop a front end in order to: |
| o | interrogate data and create reports based on common queries |
| o | generate new queries dependant on service requirements |
| o | sort data and find individual records/datasets |
| o | add new records on licensing and approvals |
| o | update existing data |
| o | issue licences, research approval documents and standardised template letters |
