HCC - 07/21 - Provision of Overnight Short Breaks Services for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Hertfordshire

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Overnight Short Breaks for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Hertfordshire.

This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

The Contract is split into the following lots:

Lot 1 The Pines, Divot Place, Hertford , SG13 7SP

Lot 2 West Hyde Children's Respite Care Centre, Old Uxbridge Rd, West Hyde, WD3 9XL Lot 3 Central Hertfordshire (venue to be supplied)

Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender, where appropriate.
