The Council is seeking multi-disciplinary design and conservation consultancy services for preparation of a Design Guide and improvements to shopfronts and forecourts at Nos. 1-16 and 68-109 Bruce Grove, London N17.
The scope of the appointment will cover RIBA Stages 1-6, however, continuation of the appointment through each stage will be dependent on the Client agreement and sign-off at end of stage Gateway reviews.
