Gloucestershire County Council Materials Waste Reprocessing

This is a notice of a Supplier Engagement Event for Materials Waste Reprocessing.

We would like to invite you to a supplier event on Monday 19th September 2016 at 10am here at Shire Hall.

The first stage in setting up this system is to introduce ourselves to the market place and to do this we have arranged an Industry Event, where we would like to meet you. The Agenda is as follows: - -10am Welcome and refreshments - 30 minutes.

• Introduction to Gloucestershire - Tony Childs - 20 minutes.
• The Dynamic Purchasing System - Andy Pritchard - 10 minutes.
• How to register using ProContract - Patricia Flegg - 30 minutes.
• Q & A session - All - 30 minutes. A Dynamic Purchasing System for 5 years will be published by the end of 2016 for Materials Waste Reprocessing.This is a new way of delivering our service and we are interested in working with industry to explore opportunities to reuse and recycle many more materials. (There will be 26 Lots, - Lot 1 Asbestos, Lot 2 Bikes, Lot 3 Books, Lot 4 Items for Re-Use, Lot 5 Cans (Mixed), Lot 6 Car Batteries, Lot 7 Post consumer Cardboard, Lot 8 Chemicals and Paint, Lot 9 Gas Bottles, Lot 10 Glass (Flat), Lot 11 Glass (Mixed bottles and Jars), Lot 12 Soil, Lot 13 Used Engine Oil, Lot 14 Mobile Phones, Lot 15 Post consumer mixed Paper, Lot 16 Plasterboard, Lot 17 Post consumer mixed plastic Bottles, Lot 18 Plastic (Rigid), Lot 19 Printer Cartridges, Lot 20 Rubble, hard-core and ceramics, Lot 21 Scrap Metal (Ferrous and non-ferrous), Lot 22 Spectacles, Lot 23 Textiles, Lot 24 Tyres, Lot 25 Used cooking oil, Lot 26 Wood.)
