RBWM is a non-stock holding Council and therefore need to procure temporary accommodation to meet homelessness. With a very limited Council's owned accommodation and a need to fulfil its statutory duty, RBWM seek to create the open framework
for provision of temporary accommodation by appointing a number of suitable Providers (Housing Companies, Lettings Agents or other capable organisations) who can offer a wide range of suitable properties which can be used for temporary accommodation
placements by RBWM as/when required.
