NLV Pole Star requires work to carried out in Leith Docks, Edinburgh during the period 11-29 September 2017 on their TTS crane as per the following summary of scope of works:
- Remove and replace all outer slew bolts.
- Tightening checks of inner bolts.
- Hydraulic hose and fitting replacement
- Electrical survey and urgent remedial repairs if required.
- Replace Winch mounting frame bolts.
- Overhaul of Port Main Winches.
- Replacement of one Slew motor complete (gearbox & hydraulic Motor)
- Replacement of hydraulic filter and filter indicator.
