Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this a supplier questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement for the provision of Nuclear Medicine Viewing Software.
The bidders who pass the requirements of the SQ provision (the "Bidders") capable of performing the contract, who will be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
The contract will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions and the draft ITT are available at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome
The Authority is using the Atamis e-Tendering Portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed via https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome All communications (including submissions of SQ responses) should be carried out via the e Tendering Portal.
