The Contractor to design and deliver the following Works:
| • | Where required remove and refit existing door access / security control systems and fire alarm fail safe relays to facilitate the door repair and replacement work. |
| • | Remedial work to the walls, floors, and duct apertures around the building to maintain the fire compartmentation measure. |
| • | Replace or repair existing fire door sets using materials installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions to achieve the minimum specified fire rating and operational performance. |
| • | Install dampers to the ventilation system were specified. |
| • | Ensure all work is certified to meet the requisite fire performance standard. |
| • | Provide completion report to include fire rating certification with photographs for the work carried out. |
