Guttering Blockage Solutions

Description

Find a permanent solution to repeated Guttering blockage issues creating water ingress at EA Depot, Pennygillam Way, Launceston.

Work required

1. Identify a suitable prevention system to assist with the breakdown and reduction in material build up within guttering system.
2. Identify a suitable access solution to ensure compliance with Defra codes of practice and CDM (2015) regulations.
3. Consideration must be given to use environmentally friendly products; products data sheet for any products to be used will need to be submitted prior to work commencing.

This is work will involve working at height, the roof line is approximately 5 meters from the ground. There is restricted access and limited space to work with due to tree line immediately behind the storage shed. Viewing is strongly recommended.

We will require the quotation to be itemised for each of the above actions and by building face as the work may need to be part of an actioned priority list.

The Property

The property comprises of an approx 50m long steel framed storage shed, with both internal and external stores. the guttering is located at the rear of the shed. This is located within a working depot and access to the shed will need to be maintained to site staff throughout the duration of the works.
