This service specification is for the provision of Carers in Hillingdon Service which will provide a one stop access for carers to receive support, help and services so that they are able and willing to continue to care.
The Council invites tenders for the services through the capitalesourcing.com electronic portal. The closing date for tenders is noon on Friday, 28th January 2016.
The Council intends to award a contract to the 'most economically advantageous tender' received and it will use weightings of 60% Price and 40% Quality to establish this.
