Early Intervention Service for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland

NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), on behalf of West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG is considering the re-procurement of Early Intervention Service to provide targeted mental health and emotional wellbeing support service for young people. This will be contracted for a period of 3 years. Estimated value for this is circa £360k per annum.

The CCGs will be commissioning a newly specified service from October/November 2017 (exact date to be confirmed), which will provide prevention and early intervention support for issues relating to low level mental health needs and emotional wellbeing, such as anxiety, isolation and mild depression, amongst a range of other concerns.

The purpose of this PIN is to make the market aware of the CCGs' intent, give providers an opportunity to register their interest and also to provide comments and feedback on the early draft service specification.

Attached with this notice is the draft specification for the service. We would be grateful if any current providers of similar services, providers who may be interested in providing this service in the future, or other stakeholders could review the specification, complete the attached feedback form and return this via the Bravo website.

Interested providers are guided to complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), to be completed and submitted via the MLCSU eProcurement portal Bravo by the stated deadline.

To do that, candidates need to register on the portal at https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. If your organisation has registered previously, you do not need to re-register. Once registered, candidates must express interest by:

• a)logging-in to the Portal, and
• b)selecting response to advert and PQQ (search for reference number pqq_440) and submit by the date specified.
