GB-Wellingborough: Provision of a Professional PR and Marketing Service to support the delivery of our future Corporate Plan at Greatwell Homes.

Greatwell Homes is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive solution for Professional PR and Marketing Service to support the delivery of our future Corporate Plan. The PR and marketing agency contract will include:

• Supporting in strategic projects throughout the business including culture change;
• Research and strategic advice for creative campaign ideas;
• Innovative ideas on the concepts for our publications (Annual Reports and Corporate Plan) and produce them to requested timescales;
• Design work and other collateral to support campaigns;
• Attending quarterly performance review meetings (either face-to-face or virtually);
• Attend other meetings when necessary, for example; Board meetings, Executive Management Team meeting etc;
• Lead workshops for customers, staff and/or stakeholders;
• Create work schedules and time plans for each campaign and publications;
• Propose new and inventive ways of providing more efficient and effective communications to our customers, staff and stakeholders.
