Houghton Hall Park Landscape works, Restoration and Construction - Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the construction and restoration of Kitchen and Formal gardens, to include clearance, pathways, planting at Houghton Hall Park, Park Road North, Houghton Regis Bedfordshire.

The designs are complete and a Bill of Quantities has been prepared. The value of the works is considered to be in the region of £700k - £740k and is expected to start in February 2016 with an anticipated completion in spring 2017.
