description

Bottle Alley in Hastings is a two tier promenade reinforced concrete structure built during the 1930’s under the direction of the then Borough Engineer, Sidney Little.

The works involve the investigation and removal of defective concrete followed by repairs to the reinforced concrete beams, columns, soffits and walls within the lower promenade area of Bottle Alley, using an approved concrete repair system.

Decorative coatings will be applied to all areas to match the existing colours.
