YPO - 000712 The Supply of UPVC Windows, Doors, Composite Doors, UPVC Related Products and Sealed Units, Including the provision for surveying and Installation of Windows and Doorsets

YPO is a Public Buying Organisation with annual turnover of 400 000 000 GBP we are one of the largestformally constituted local authority purchasing consortiums in the UK. This tender is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of UPVC Windows, Doors and Composite Doors along with the provision for the surveying, supply and installation of these items. UPVC related products comprising of but not limited to: fascia board, soffits, window and door fixings, silicone and sealant. Supply of Architectural Glass and Sealed units for use by local authority landlords (e.g. the refurbishment of council uses). The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations. The Framework agreement will cover the period from 4.2.2016 to 3.2.2018 with the option to extend for a further 24 months. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of January 2017 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this product category and YPO's contracting structures (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and performance against KPI's). Whilst total spend against this contract is unknown, as this is a new contract to YPO, considering YPO's vast existing customer base, it is anticipated to be substantial. Total contract value is estimated at a value of between5 000 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP maximum life of the contract (4 years).
