The Employer is inviting organisations to tender for an External Refurbishment Project at 52-74 West Way, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 7NA. This is a block of 12 flats with a mix of tenants and leaseholders.
The project comprises of, but is not limited to, the replacement of flat roofing, fascias, soffits and gutters, masonry repairs, carpentry repairs and decorations of the common ways.
