This is a further competition using the ESPO Consultancy Framework 664 Lot 8g Regeneration and Regional Development

The Authority proposes to enter into one Contract, running until at least October 2024, with the potential to extend by 3-6 months if additional supplementary tasks are identified.

The Greater Cambridge Partnership GCP is the local delivery body for a City Deal with central Government, bringing powers and investment, worth up to 500 million pounds over 15 years, to vital improvements in infrastructure, supporting and accelerating the creation of 44000 new jobs, 33500 new homes and 420 additional apprenticeships.

The GCP has a vision: Working together to create wider prosperity and improve quality of life now and into the future. Within this is a transport vision: Creating better and greener transport networks, connecting people to homes, jobs, study and opportunity. The GCP is inviting proposals to implement and deliver the evaluation plans set out in this commission and also contained in the LEF and to support the local GCP team to deliver the requirements for this Gateway Review process.
